All orders will be sent by either DHL Express worldwide courier or Air Post International depending on order value.

  • Order over the value of $150 will be sent by DHL Express worldwide courier (2-5 days delivery timeframe).
  • Orders up to the value of $150 are sent via Air Post International (2-3 weeks delivery).

If a customer has an order under $150 and requests a courier delivery, we will advise them of any additional costs that will apply.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide at a single low charge for our standard shipping. However, for some countries we will not send via Air Post International due to the unreliability of their domestic mail services. This includes South Africa, where we will only send via international courier unless the buyer is willing to assume risk for standard shipping. In addition, there are several countries, such as Nigeria, where will not ship to due to increased fraud in those regions.


Delivery Times

Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is produced. As each item is created to order, manufacturing time can be up to two weeks. Once it is shipped, delivery times are usually between 2-5 days for express courier worldwide (orders over $150) and 2-3 weeks via standard shipping  (orders under $150). However shipping times can vary according to the time of year and tend to increase approaching Christmas. If you require an item sooner or for a particular date, please let us know and we can work with you to expedite production and provide quotes for courier delivery which can lower the delivery timeframes considerably.


Delivery Addresses

All courier deliveries must be made to a verifiable, physical street address. We do not courier to P.O. Boxes.
Important note: If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.


Customs Fees

Your order may be subject to customs fees imposed by your country’s government. These vary from country to country, with different tolerances and rates applied in different jurisdictions. Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees payable. International rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. It is advisable that you consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations, and restrictions before placing your order.
