Products Warranty
All of our Scottish Crest designs have been carefully researched and submitted to the Standing Council of Scottish Chiefs in Edinburgh for verification and approval.
Our goldsmiths individually make every item to your order. When you order an item, to give as a gift, you can truthfully say that you have commissioned a very special and personal piece to be made for them.
We receive many letters and emails from satisfied customers all over the World. And it always gives us great pleasure that our Crests and Crest Jewelry are so happily received. Of course, we guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases, but, in the unlikely event that you are not, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Shipping
Most items are sent via Air Post International and our shipping and handling charges are for this method. If a customer requests an alternative method, (such as FedEx) we will advise them of any additional costs that may be involved.
Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is produced
All deliveries must be made to a verifiable, physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Important note: If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
The Buyer is responsible for all customs fees. International rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Please consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations, and restrictions before placing your order.
Payment
You may pay by credit card or Paypal. Paypal handles all financial transactions for Scotjewelry and is the world’s largest and most secure payment method. We never have any access to your credit card details and at checkout customers log their credit cards or other payment methods on Paypal’s own ultra secure website.
Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered.
